I led the development and execution of Phoenix's YouTube channel, guiding him to attain a milestone of 100,000 subscribers within two years. My strategic approach centered on establishing a consistent content schedule, with weekly uploads every Sunday, to foster audience engagement and anticipation. I conceived and designed the video format, provided lighting, cinematography, and direction for Phoenix, and managed the editing process. By integrating my expertise in branding, platform algorithms, and a sense of humor, I optimized content for viewer retention and channel growth. Essentially, I served as Phoenix’s dedicated producer, ensuring uniformity and quality across all digital platforms.
